Our Mission is the Gospel

A Distinctive Christian School for the Community

While many Christian schools serve only families already in the church, Sunlight Christian Academy reaches families far from God — and draws them near. Rooted in a partnership between Sunlight Community Church and the Multiply222 Network, our school exists to:

Welcome unchurched families

Disciple students from Pre-K through High School

Create long-term, systematic gospel impact

Multiply Christian schools and churches across Florida

How We Reach Families Far from God

Missional vs Covenantal

Sunlight was born from a mission to reach the unchurched. We openly welcome families who don’t know Jesus and provide a loving, truth-filled environment where the gospel transforms their homes — often starting with their children.

Church / School Joint Mission

At Sunlight, church and school are deeply intertwined, sharing vision, leadership, and discipleship. We don’t just teach kids about Jesus — we walk with families into faith and into the local church.

Pre-K as the Foundation of Growth

Our 185 preschoolers form the natural foundation for our growing K–12 program. Unlike many schools struggling to fill kindergarten each year, we have built-in momentum that propels families to stay — and grow with us.

Long-Term Discipleship System

This isn’t about one great year — it’s about spiritual formation over a lifetime. Our students often start at age 3 and continue through high school, supported by a consistent gospel message, discipleship, and church life along the way.

Duplicatable, Scalable Model

We’ve learned to replicate what works — launching new preschools, churches, and campuses across Florida using proven systems and discipleship frameworks. We don’t just grow — we multiply.

Why Now?

A Strategic Moment: Why demand for Christian education is so high.

We’re not trying to manufacture momentum. The wave is already here. God has placed Sunlight in the right place at the right time — and now we must expand to keep up with the opportunity.

Florida’s Scholarships

Florida has now made Christian education accessible to most families — covering up to 70% of tuition.

Long Waitlists

Our waitlists are packed with up to 60+ students in certain grades.

Overcrowded Schools

Schools in the public school system are seeing high student to teacher ratios and a demand for private education.

“My prayer is that as we expand in the school that we can continue to have an impact the same as it had in my life throughout the community and that others can not just know god's love by knowledge but know god's love by experience through the school and through the teachers and as we come together.”
"The power of that love and that spirit and that foundation that our kids have to be spread to the community is just amazing to us. So we're just so happy that we're part of this family and to watch it grow."
